A sunny corner of the master bedroom features a dramatic black spiral staircase that reiterates the house’s crisp, high-contrast palette (and leads to a lofted office space). Mazzarini reupholstered the vintage Beall and Bell chairs in a Holly Hunt fabric and discovered the metal-and-birch bench at Amsterdam Modern. The high-gloss floors are painted Sherwin-Williams Armourseal Rexthane.
